Our Story
Fadia Chehade Karam, a remarkable Lebanese woman, embarked on a transformative journey that spanned over 30 years in the field of cosmetics. Born in the scenic hills of Fih, Koura region, Fadia’s early academic prowess in scientific courses directed her towards computer science. However, a life-altering incident at the age of thirteen, where she suffered a burnt face, steered her towards a different path. Undeterred by familial objections, she pursued her passion for beauty and cosmetology, graduating from the French Higher Institute and establishing the renowned Fadia Karam Cosmetics in Kaslik and Tripoli. Fadia’s commitment to her craft extended beyond borders, influencing and shaping the experiences of her students in the beauty field, who carried her name to both the Arab and Western worlds. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Fadia Karam demonstrated resilience in the face of personal challenges. Her dedication to humanitarian work reflects a woman who sees life as a balance of happiness and sadness, embracing the teachings of the pious and wise. Notably, Fadia is recognized for her expertise in treating burns without resorting to plastic surgery and addressing complex skin diseases such as psoriasis. Her commitment to advancing knowledge in cosmetics led her to explore ancient practices like Pharaohs Medicine and Natural Indian Medicine, emphasizing the importance of inner health and toxin elimination. Fadia’s commitment to documenting her experiences and insights is evident in her first book, “Women Peeling Their Skin Like Snakes,” with a second book, “The Language of Beauty,” in progress. Through her work, Fadia Karam stands as a beacon of resilience, expertise, and compassion in the realm of beauty and skincare.
